I took time away to raise my three children (all under the age of 14), who are now all in school.. I feel more present and focused in life when I allow inspiration to flow through me. The art group is a time for you to reconnect with that creative side of yourself. It might even remind you what it was like to play with art like when you were a child doing finger paints in kindergarten. Here is a watercolour painting and haiku I did during one of the Monday nights in the fall of 2022.\n\n“Laughter within eyes\nWaiting for watermelon\nthe tortoise smiles”\n
