We help Seniors live healthy and active lives, by strengthening their support networks, offering support to remain self-sufficient and by encouraging involvement within the community.

We offer non-medical services for seniors (65+) living in Esquimalt (regardless of income).  These services include help with grocery shopping, transportation, light repairs and maintenance and light housekeeping.  Fees may apply on a sliding scale depending on income.  Our aim is to support seniors to remain living independently in their homes.

Additional services such as help applying for SAFER and any other support to assist in reducing daily living costs are offered free of charge.

Information and referrals to other community resources are available - give us a call!

Most Wednesdays from 1 pm to 2:30 pm, our Social Connections Group is held in our Seniors Centre – feel free to drop in and join other community members and neighbours for good conversation and snacks.  This group is free of charge.

Please call (250) 385-2635 ext. 201 for further information.
