Supporting older adults to live well, stay connected, and thrive in their community

At Esquimalt Neighbourhood House the Better at Home program provides Esquimalt and View Royal residents who are 65+ with non-medical supports to help them age in place.

This program is funded by the Ministry of Health and managed by United Way of BC

Better at Home Supports:

Transportation to/from Medical Appointments and Grocery Shopping

Light Housekeeping

Minor Home Maintenance and Repair

Friendly Visits by Phone or In-Person

Information and Referrals

FREE Group Activities for Adults

Some services are provided on a subsidized basis and determined by household income
